When lodging with assistance of a tax agent, most individuals and small businesses without any history of late lodgement must lodge their tax returns with the ATO by 15 May following the end of the financial year (For example – your income tax return will be due for lodgement by 15 May 2024 for financial year ending 30 June 2023). Timely reminders are sent to all clients of T L C Taxation.
Most individuals, small businesses and self-managed superfunds using a tax agent have lodgement due on 15 May. TLC Taxation tries to finalise tax affairs of clients expecting refunds as soon after the end of financial year as practicable. Clients expecting a tax bill would be attended to according to agreement, well before the due date.

With business tax returns (trusts, partnerships, companies and individuals) it generally takes one to three weeks, depending on what we agreed upon, how complete and accurate your books are, how complex your business is, how many individuals are involved, if it is your first year with T L C Taxation (first year usually takes slightly longer). Simple tax returns are done either on the spot or within one week at most.

I have over 10 years in Australian taxation of small to medium business, individuals and self-managed superannuation funds. My first accounting roll was in 2007, immediately after graduating from university.
My employment history has exposed me to all facets of accounting, taxation and bookkeeping. I have worked on all types of business and individuals. There has never been any limit to my workload and I have always been responsible for my own client base. I am enthusiastic about starting my own firm, it has always been a dream of mine. I also have a newborn and working for myself and from home is convenient for me, I get to spend all day with beautiful daughter.
